If you love reptiles, then you will be a little disappointed by Minecraft, as it doesn’t really include those that you always wanted. With the Reptile mod Minecraft you can solve the issue by adding in around a dozen interesting, great looking reptiles that offer a lot of value to the entire experience as a whole.

Better Achievements mod is an improvement of the Achievement screen.

Health Bar Mod is an useful mod that can help the Minecrafters modify their health. However, this mod can be a bit annoying Minecraft doesn’t display your hearts correctly (this happens often after crossing dimensions). The hearts can also be a bit small on high resolution displays, so I lose track of my health very easily.

The Vending block is a simple tool to aid in unassisted trading of items in Minecraft. It works excellent in multiplayer servers and acts as a replacement for villager merchant systems. It works just as its name suggests and vends items for currency. It can also tailer to your environment by changing the base to whatever block type you choose.

The Bacteria mod is both a fun but equally useful and destructive mod. It’s as simple as the name suggests, it introduces bacteria to Minecraft. This could mean good or nefarious things but fortunately the bacteria is controllable if you know what to do.

Myths and Monsters Mod adds a ton of new items and weapons and a very nice amount of mobs too based on monsters from mythology. Monsters include Giant Trees, Giant Mountain Trolls, Golden Sheep and many, many more!

This is a mod that allows you to hatch previously useless dragon eggs. Once fostered and tamed, they’ll be your faithful companion in all situations and, of course, can be used for a ride!

There is a config file in the config directory in your minecraft folder. You can set the height limit of the parachute. You really can’t do much above 256 meters anyway. So the default altitude is 225 meters. That should be high enough to get you over anything. You can change this to suit your needs including disabling it altogether by using a limit of zero. You can set your parachute color as well. The parachute color has a ‘random’ setting causing the chute to change color with every opening. There is also an option to disable the ‘thermals’. Another option ‘autoDeploy’ when ‘true’ will automatically deploy the parachute when you fall. A ‘fallDistance’ option allows you to set how far you fall before the parachute auto deploys. All this is explained in the config file.

The Sophisticated Wolves mod aims to give wolves, and subsequently tamed dogs, better abilities in the game. It gives them a better sense of their surroundings so they are not completely dependent upon their owner. So that means while you may have tamed a wolf, it can still function in the environment without you and without you commanding them to just sit out of harm’s way.
