Bukkit is a free, open-source, software project that provides the means to extend the popular Minecraft multiplayer server. 

For Minecraft 1.7.10

New version(1.8.9) - HERE

How to create server:

1. Download CraftBukkit.

2. Extract all files to nef folder.

3. Run "run.bat".

4. Close your server and open "server.properties" by using notepad. Add your ip and port.

5. Enjoy.

How to install plugins to your server:

1. Download plugin from HERE.

2. Put downloaded plugin in to "plugins" folder .

3. Start your server and Enjoy.
