LB RPG Realism Hi Res(64x 128x 256x 512x)

About this pack:
This pack was originally to appease my insatiable hunger toward making this game as realistic as possible. What started as a compilation of other mods became a new texture pack of it's own.

More pictures are scattered throughout the thread and my ImageShack. Go find them, you savage.

HERE is how to fix the black screen problem. After a little bit of reading and google and stuff like that I fixed my 256 crashing error.

ONLY DO THESE STEPS IF YOU ARE ON A 64 BIT OPERATING SYSTEM!!!

1. Version of java.
1a. By default windows 7 64 bit auto downloads java 32 bit. Why? Because browsers run in 32 bit and most java applications are web applications, thus the 32 bit default.
2a. To resolve this issue go to HERE and choose the 64 bit for your respective operating system. Install, rejoice, eat cake.

2. Now! For the easy stuff. Download the HD texture patcher that is linked in the first page of this thread.
2a. inside the HD Patcher go to the Options tab. Find the area under "General options" that says "Java Heap Size (MB)" Change this field from "1024" (What mine was defaulted to) To "2048" (exactly double) and patch your minecraft.
3. ?????
3a. ????????
4. Profit!

It has come to my attention (and, I already mentioned this to Scuttles) that a lot of people aren't aware of a possible alternate option to using the HD Patcher to get texture packs like this one to work in Minecraft. So, I thought I should post this:

You don't actually need to use the HD Patcher to get texture packs to work in the game.

Instead, you can use the "Optifog+Optimine Mod" (make sure it's the package that includes BOTH, not only the Optimine standalone) to allow HD textures and fonts to be used in Minecraft.

And, in addition to it allowing you to do the same thing as the HD Patcher, it actually also gives performance increases along with some additional tweak options (unlike the standard HD Patcher). In fact, they just came out with a new version of it too that also fixed the Better Grass option in it etc. Personally, I think it's a much better option that using the basic HD Patcher.

OptiFog + Optimine 1.7.3_HD_C

EDIT:

Also, if you're having that issue with white lines between blocks and you have already tried updating your video driver (especially if you are using an ATI card or onboard video), try this with the Mipmaps setting to zero.

Downloads:
--The first Adfly links allows me to get a little bit of money for your patience of 5 seconds. Again, all of this will go towards purchasing of new textures and the fund. ^^

-The second Adfly link is an extremely experimental compressed version of this texture pack. It reduces the amount of memory used when playing and hopefully resolves some white box issues. Memory drops vary from computer to computer.

(16x16) DOWNLOAD LINK:
The default Minecraft resolution. I'm going to work on this quite a bit to make it look better. Again, only created out of personal request. =)

(32x32) DOWNLOAD LINK:
I had a few personal requests to do these lower resolution textures. They still need heavy refinements but still came out pretty decent with the downsampling. I won't be doing compressed versions of these since it would simply be redundant.

For those who aren't capable of running the other HD packs, but are still a loyal fan or just love their fps more than visual effects.

(128x128) DOWNLOAD LINK:
The standard 128x128 which this pack was originally made in when I first started.

(256x256) DOWNLOAD LINK:
This is probably my best work of art. It's was a continuation off of nickhimself's 256 pack from way back in the day when it never seemed possible.

LB RPG Pack:

DOWNLOAD LINKS:
This is actually an entirely new texture pack but I'm far too lazy to create a new thread. Please give constructive criticism as this is a really rough beta and I need helping finding the negative aspects.

Note:
Raven found a fix if it redirects you to a survey.

Steps to bypass survey.

1. Click link.
2. Hit stop once adfly page loads, but before it switches over to fake adfly survey page.
3. profit.

If it redirects you to a survey, do not bother fill it out. It's against the user agreement of Adfly and they are working on weeding them out. If you can't skip the ad (Top right corner) then also go back as it was against their user agreement.
Click back and try to redownload until it works. Thanks for understanding.

LotR Server:
I've agreed to support this server as I'm a huge LotR fan. I'll try to get on there sometime and I will be texturing some things especially for this.

Thread: http://www.minecraft...-e-r-i-e-n-c-e/

Supported Mods:
These are the current supported textures for some mods. I will be working on expanding this tenfold over the course of this summer. =)

GLSL Height/Specular Maps by Engehenk:
These are the bumpmapping terrains that go along with the GLSL shaders mod (found here). Thanks to Engehenk for his impressive work.

Wildgrass:
Download: http://adf.ly/1UsPC
This is a download link that is compatible with the modloader version of wildgrass. I'm not sure if I'll ever include into the actual downloads since it is just more to download. Anyway, enjoy!
Modders thread: http://www.minecraft...p?f=25&t=100771

Wildcaves:
This is support for Dilla's wildcaves which is simply wildgrass in the version of stalagmites/stalactites growing in caves.
Download: http://adf.ly/1UsK3
His mod can be found in the link below
Modders thread: http://www.minecraft...ic.php?t=286605

Alternatives:
New Biomes:
For now, all I have available is alternative biomes which cause the grass and foilage to be colored in a variety of different ways. Some such examples would be a fall/autumn coloring, a summer coloring, or a consistent green everywhere.
Download: http://adf.ly/1UsT5

Alternative Terrains:
Old stone texture from previous versions: http://adf.ly/22TsL

I will be posting additional alternative terrains as time progresses. I'll even have quite a few terrains that will almost make it a different pack altogether.

How to install:
The HD patcher is required and can be found here:
http://www.minecraft...f=1021&t=252531
Follow the instructions on the patcher's main post before posting issues here.
-Download the pack with your desired resolution
-Download the HD Patcher
-Run HD Patcher and press "Patch"
-Place Texture pack into "texture pack" folder
-Play

Choose shows that foster interest and learning in hobbies and education (reading, science, etc.). Also, there are animatronics to resemble even further a robot, an auto firing weapon and some spectacular lights. Avoid marbles, coins, balls, and games with balls that are 1.75 inches (4.4 centimeters) in diameter or less because they can become lodged in the throat above the windpipe and restrict breathing.
